Elsten is a trailblazing, bilingual artist and one of the architects of the 90s alternative Latin rock movement in the U.S., with a dynamic career spanning over three decades. Known for his genre-bending style and emotional songwriting in both English and Spanish, he boasts two GRAMMY nominations, two BMI Awards, and six Billboard Top Ten hits—including a five-week #1. From his explosive debut with “Revolucion” as Fulano De Tal to signing with BMG/Sony and Warner Chappell, Elsten has consistently redefined Latin music. With a rich discography including “Nocturno”, “Real Artificial”, and the current album: “Vice Versa", he continues to evolve, inspire, and electrify audiences around the world.

2023–2024 World Tour: Toured Mexico, Argentina, Spain, New York, Ohio, and Japan, promoting the hit single “Bendita Cuba” and the albums Nocturno & Real Artificial.

• “La Vida Cambia” (feat. Antonio Carmona): A viral hit across digital platforms—an emotional, genre-blending anthem created with the iconic Spanish singer-songwriter.

Elvis Costello’s Spanish Model: Personally chosen to translate Elvis Costello’s greatest hits into Spanish for this critically acclaimed tribute album.

Hollywood Calling: Commissioned by DreamWorks/Universal Pictures to write and adapt the theme song “Fearless” for the animated feature SPIRIT: Untamed.

Folk Alliance International: Featured as a Special Guest Artist at the 30th edition of this prestigious global music festival in Kansas City, MO.

National Geographic Spotlight: Star of the documentary “La Cuba de Hoy,” with exclusive performances and storytelling featured on the Nat Geo channel.

David Bisbal Collaboration: Co-wrote and produced “Closer Tonight” (English & Spanish). The English version became the anthem for Freixenet’s 100th Anniversary campaign across Europe.

Legends Tour: Invited as a guest artist to join U.S. tour dates with the iconic bands The Family Stone and The Spinners.

GRAMMY Nominee: Individual nominated for Best Latin Pop Album of the Year at the GRAMMY Awards.
